I think it’s important to have a vision for your life. To design your life rather than live by default.
Not a week goes by someone doesn’t pull me aside to ask, What if I don’t know what I want?
Well here’s the thing:
- The first step is admitting you don’t know.
- The second step is making the decision to figure it out.
A lot of people are willing to do the first—admit they don’t know what they want. Far fewer are willing to do what it takes to gain clarity.
There’s nothing wrong with not knowing. But I believe there’s a lot wrong with coming to that realization and doing nothing.
Your life has an expiration date.
Don’t you think it’s important to figure out how you want to use your time?
