The Information We Collect

In the course of operating the Website and/or interacting with you, we may collect (and/or receive) the following types of information.

  1. Personal Information.

When you sign up to receive any of our newsletters, respond to a survey, register for a class, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We do not collect any personal information from Visitors when they use the Website unless they provide such information voluntarily, such as by registering or sending us an email or signing up for a newsletter. All information we collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.”

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes as to the terms, conditions, content, policies and practices related to our Websites and course materials which we cannot resolve through informal, good faith communications will be resolved under the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and through its State and Federal courts. However, by accessing our Website or course materials you agree that prior to seeking resolution of a related dispute or controversy in any Court, you will first collaborate with us to find an amicable solution through the use of a mutually acceptable, cost effective third party Mediation service capable of conducting long distance mediation sessions over Internet conferencing or other cost effective electronic means. Where we are unable to resolve a dispute within the initial four hours of mediation sessions, either you or Jennifer365 LLC can initiate formal proceedings in the appropriate Michigan, USA Court.
