Have you ever had that moment where you think, I’ve done everything right… so why isn’t this working?

You’ve visualized.
You’ve affirmed.
You’ve journaled.
You’ve stayed positive — or at least tried to.

And yet… nothing seems to be happening.

If that’s you, I want you to hear this right away: you’re not alone, and you’re not failing at manifesting. In fact, this is one of the most common places people get stuck — especially people who are genuinely committed and doing their best.

And the reason things feel stuck isn’t usually because you’re doing something wrong.

It’s often because what you’re doing is quietly creating resistance.

That can be a hard thing to hear, especially when you’ve been putting in effort. But stay with me, because once you see this, it actually brings a lot of relief.

Here’s the misunderstanding I see all the time: we assume that more effort equals faster results.

So when a manifestation doesn’t show up right away, we try harder. We double down. We monitor it. We look for signs. We get more serious about the process.

But energetically, trying to make something happen often pushes against the very flow you’re wanting to be in.

Think about holding water in your hands. If you cup your hands gently, the water stays. But if you squeeze, it slips right through your fingers.

That squeezing? That’s resistance.

And resistance doesn’t mean you’re doing something bad. It usually comes from wanting something so much that you start holding your breath around it.

You start watching the clock.
You start checking for evidence.
You start wondering why it hasn’t happened yet.

And without realizing it, your focus shifts from trust to pressure.

Here’s the energetic truth: manifestation responds to your vibration, not your level of effort.

It’s not impressed by how hard you’re trying. It responds to how aligned you feel.

So instead of focusing on making it happen, the question becomes: what are you offering energetically while you’re waiting?

This is where things begin to shift.

Rather than putting all your attention on the outcome — the when, the how, the where-is-it — try shifting your focus to how you feel in the present moment.

And I want to be very clear here: this doesn’t mean pretending you’re thrilled when you’re not. It doesn’t mean forcing positivity or slapping a smile on frustration.

It means looking for ease.

What feels easy right now?
What feels satisfying right now?
What feels just a little bit better?

Even if it has nothing to do with your desire.

Ease might look like enjoying your coffee instead of checking your phone again.
It might look like taking a walk without mentally reviewing your to-do list.
It might look like letting yourself enjoy something simple without feeling like you should be “working on” your manifestation.

Those moments matter.

Because ease is a vibration. And ease is incredibly attractive.

When you allow yourself to feel a little more satisfied now, you stop sending the signal that something is missing. And that’s when momentum can shift.

One of my favorite questions to ask myself when I notice that I’m efforting or getting impatient is this: If this were already on its way… how would I be feeling today?

Not, How should I feel?
Not, How can I force myself to feel better?

Just… how would I naturally feel?

Often the answer is calmer. Less urgent. More settled.

That question gently moves you out of “I need to make this happen” mode and into “it’s already unfolding” energy.

And that shift — from pressure to allowance — is where things start to flow.

When you stop hovering over the manifestation, you give it space to arrive.

So if things feel stalled right now, see if you can loosen your grip just a little. Not on the desire itself — but on the tension around it.

You don’t need to convince the Universe.
You don’t need to chase the outcome.
You don’t need to try harder.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is focus on feeling a bit better right where you are — and let alignment do the rest.

As you move through your day, notice when you’re efforting — and gently choose ease instead. That’s often the moment everything begins to shift.
