The other day I rediscovered something I wrote years ago.
I’d carved out a quiet hour with a notebook and asked myself a few simple questions: What do I believe in? What principles guide me? How do I want to think, act, and show up in this life?
An hour later, I had what I now call my Manifesto—a collection of truths that feel deeply aligned with how I want to live.
It wasn’t something I planned to write. It just… came through. And looking at it now, years later, I still feel its clarity and pull.
So today I want to share some of that Manifesto with you—not as a list of shoulds or rules, but as a reflection of the vibrational truths I’ve come to know through living and coaching with Law of Attraction.
Here are just a few lines from my Manifesto that still ring loud and true:
- Mindset matters.
- What you focus on multiplies.
- Waiting to be happy is the worst kind of wasted time.
- The journey is at least as important as the destination.
- Fear is for moving through, not for staying stuck in.
- Clarity is worth seeking.
- You teach people how to treat you.
- Knowing you are enough changes everything.
Each one of those is a vibration—a way of thinking and feeling that calls something new into being.
Because that’s what Law of Attraction is, isn’t it?
It’s a vibrational conversation between your beliefs, your emotions, your focus… and what shows up in your life.
So when I say “One of something is often plenty” or “Don’t let your livelihood kill your zest for living,” I’m not just waxing philosophical. I’m reminding myself of energetic truths I want to live by. The kind of thoughts that make me feel expansive, aligned, and clear.
That’s why I think everyone can benefit from writing their own version of a Manifesto—not because you should, but because it’s a beautiful way to pause and ask:
- What do I believe?
- What uplifts me?
- What’s been true for me over and over again?
- What do I want to remember when things feel murky?
You don’t need fancy formatting or a dramatic intro. You don’t even need 35 truths. Maybe it’s 5. Maybe it’s just one for now.
Just take a quiet moment and ask: What do I know to be true?
And see what rises up.
If you’d like a little inspiration, I’m sharing my full Manifesto as a free download. It’s not prescriptive—it’s personal. But I hope it nudges you toward your own clarity and alignment.

Whether you create your own or just read through mine, I hope it serves as a reminder: You are the creator of your own reality—because you are the chooser of your thoughts, your focus, your vibration.
And that’s a truth worth writing down.
