What-is & Wanted vs. Unwanted: present, past, future

At any given time, you could be focused on your present, your past, or your future. And with each, you could be focused positively or negatively.

So you could be thinking about your present, about what-is, and could be focused on all that’s wrong and not working and not the way you want it to be. Or you could be thinking about your present, about what-is, and could be focused on all you appreciate.

The same is true in thinking about your past. You could be thinking about wonderful things from your past or horrible things.

And the same is true for your thoughts about the future. You could be excited thinking about what you want for the future or you could be worried about what’s going to happen.

Present, past, future. For any of those windows you’re looking through, you can be thinking positive thoughts or negative thoughts.

But here’s the thing: Your only power to create is right here, right now.

So when you’re thinking about horrible things from your past, you’re bringing that vibration into your present moment. You’re making that your current point of attraction.

Ok, maybe you’re not thinking about horrible things from your past. Perhaps you’re just thinking about disappointments or regrets.

Well, those disappointments and regrets might have been from a decade ago, but if you’re thinking about them now and feeling negative emotion, then that is your point of attraction right here, right now. Today.

Or let’s say you’re worrying about the future. You’re worried about something that’s going to happen that you don’t want. Or you’re worried about something you do want NOT happening.

The future you’re worried about could be something next week or next year. Well, you are thinking those thoughts and feeling those feelings now, which means this is your point of attraction. Now, today, this moment.

“The Universe does not know if the vibration you are offering is because of what you are imagining, or because of what you are observing. In either case, it is responding. Where emotion comes in is that emotion is your guidance or your response to your vibration. Your emotion does not create. Emotion is your indicator of what you are already creating.” —Abraham

Whether you’re thinking about the past, present, or future, your power to create is right now. Your point of attraction is right now.
