When we dwell on what’s not working, replay a worry loop, or nitpick our flaws, we send out a signal that matches all that unwanted energy.

And guess what? Law of Attraction matches it right back.

But here’s the good news: Focus is a tool. A power. And you can aim it on purpose.

Next time you catch yourself spiraling into a heavy thought or fixating on what’s wrong, try this gentle question: What would feel just a little better to focus on right now?

You’re not trying to jump from stress to bliss in one leap. Just nudge your focus toward something lighter. Something that feels a bit more neutral or easeful.

That tiny shift? It matters.

One better-feeling thought leads to another. And suddenly, you’re creating momentum in a whole new direction.

So today, remember: You don’t have to control everything.

Just your focus. And that’s more than enough.
