Start appreciating! It’s the secret sauce when it comes to manifesting what you want!

Appreciation is a miracle boost when it comes to manifestation. That’s because appreciation starts manifestations—and moves them forward.

The kind of appreciation I’m talking about is not writing 3 things you were grateful for each night in your journal. That’s a starving gratitude practice. And it’s only going to attract a life that’s hungry for more to be grateful about.

Instead, I’m talking about appreciation as a way of life—a lens for looking at the world.

“Make your dominant intent to look for what you want to see. As you deliberately look for things to appreciate, praise or enjoy, you achieve vibrational harmony with your own Source, and with all that is good.” —Abraham

Here’s a self-coaching tip: Decide to take your appreciation practice up several notches. One easy way is with this intention suggested by Abraham: “I intend to see that which I want to see.”

Make that your mantra. Write it on a sticky. Put a reminder to pop up on your phone. “I intend to see that which I want to see.”

Move throughout your day intending to appreciate, praise and enjoy—intending to see that which you want to see.

The more you appreciate, the better you feel. So start appreciating.
