Many of us are eagerly compiling a wishlist of “things” we hope to receive or do for the holidays. But how’s your wishlist for life—your life?
It’s easy to sit around and wish things were different.
To sleepwalk through our days with a nagging sense there must be more than this. To defer our dreams—telling ourselves maybe next year or maybe someday.
It takes courage to recognize where you want to be, what you want your life to look like, to feel like, to be. It takes courage because it acknowledges something is missing. It takes courage because it puts some part of you on the line and asks, “Now what am I going to do about it?”
It’s okay to admit you don’t immediately have all the answers. Discovery doesn’t happen on command or in an instant—it’s a process of something becoming known.
But for that discovery process to begin, you have to move beyond wishing and dreaming.
How about you? Are you ready to take your life beyond a wishlist and make it your best life?
